Hey!  Im Manfred , come join me at my home on the beach ,

A perfect venue to unwind and chill out , I call it “Experienza”.  They say that variety is the spice of life I came up with a name Experienza for my house because there is so much variety and fun it reminded me of  Spicy Mexican burrito . Join me for meditation , yoga, pilates or gym workout .   Nestled on the sand at the quaint but pristine beta beach in Bakoven Cape Town . With views of the Atlantic Ocean and Lions Head as well as boasting both the best sunrises and sunsets the home is unrivalled in terms of surroundings.

 Downstairs I keep inflatables including Stand Up Paddle Boards, variable flotation devices like inflatable unicorns or tubes  as well as snorkelling equipment that can be used as part of your experience.
